The USA Postal System is in complete meltdown, and we are experiencing severe delays on goods entering the USA, and here is what YOU can do to help get your order delivered;
Once we provide the tracking details, it is down to you to follow up with the USPS. Because your products are legal (see item 1 above), there is no reason for you not to follow up with US Customs or USPS.
If the order status in the USPS system has not changed for some time, please contact them directly. We are powerless and can not help you resolve USPS delivery issues.
