Q Where is my order shipped from?
A Depending on what products are ordered, we ship from 2 different fulfilment centres , both based in E.U. countries.
Q Do you ship to the U.K.
A NO, not under any circumstances.
Q Why have I received an email requesting further information labelled "Security Check"
A We will occasionally check the authenticity of our customers to prevent fraudulent purchases. If you have no trading history with us, then any order over €100 may be put on hold and you will be asked to provide proof of identity. In this case, your order will not be processed, under any circumstances, until this information has been supplied. We may also ask for this information if we see that your ordering pattern dramatically changes...for example you have 10 previous orders, each for under €50, then you place an order to the value of €300, which is outside your normal ordering pattern and may cause a security check to be raised.
Q I have not received any email updates have you shipped my order?
A All orders will receive email updates. If you have not yet received an email, then please check your junk mailbox, as some emails seem to be directed there. You may also log in to your account and check the status of your order at any time.
Q What are your payment processing capabilities?
A We only accept Visa cards via our online 3D secure processing merchant. We will accept orders up to a value of €500 for payment by card. Any orders over €500, please contact us on Live Chat.
Q Why is my payment been declined?
A We do not decline or accept payments ourselves. In all cases, your card issuer authorises payments. If your purchase is international, then please be aware that some credit & debit cards are set up for domestic use only, and they will not allow international transactions. Generally, you can make a quick phone call to your card issuer, and request them to authorise the payment.
Q How long should my order take to arrive?
A EU orders will normally arrive within a week. Non EU orders will take a little longer. The average shipping time is between 3 and 12 business days, but they can take longer.
Q Do you offer Express Shipping?
A All shipping options will be displayed at the point of order. If we are able to provide an express option, it will be listed there.
Q How much can I order from you?
A We have the ability to supply anything from a 250mg sample, right up to multiple kilograms. Please contact us for a quote, if your required product weight is not listed on this site.
Q Do you accept Paypal?
A We do not accept Paypal, as purchases of this nature are against Paypal's terms and conditions. Please be aware that if you do purchase research chemicals via PayPal, you are violating PayPal's terms of business, and you risk having your PayPal account closed, and your balance held for 180 days.
Q Do you supply free samples?
A We do not supply free samples, there is sample amounts for sale on the website and very reasonably priced. If you are a regular customer, and would like to sample a certain product, whilst placing an order, just make a request in the comments section. If we are able to, then we will dispatch a sample, along with your order.
Q I ordered the wrong item can I return or replace it?
A Due to the nature of this business, all sales are final. If you wish to amend an order, please log-in and check to see if your order status is showing "pending", or "awaiting payment". If so, please contact us via live chat, to amend your order. There are no exceptions to this. If you do not see either of those statuses, your order has been processed and is in the mail queue, ready to be shipped. We cannot shut down our processing centre to dig out your package, so please don't be offended when we tell you no.
Q Is your company legitimate?
A Yes we are 100% legitimate! has been supplying research chemicals for many years. You will be able to search for many of our online reviews and ratings left by our customers. We can always provide references, if you wish.
Q How will my order be packaged?
A All orders are packaged discreetly in padded envelopes, or envelopes with heat sealed sachets inside. There is no mention of product names, or our name on the outside of the packages. Full chemical details are supplied inside the packaging.
Q How can you guarantee my order will arrive to my address?
A In truth, we cannot guarantee any order will arrive. If you have chosen a traced shipping method, then please wait 21 days before contacting us.
Q My order has not arrived yet can you call the mail service and see why its delayed?
A Due to the variable times taken to deliver packages around the world, we don't chase up orders until 21 days after we've shipped, depending on your chosen shipping method. If available, and you chose a tracked/insured sipping method, we will reship the order, following discussion with the postal company. The postal service will not provide any information that's not already available to you via their tracking portal, as provided to you within your order update emails.
Q Do I get a tracking number with my order?
A Yes all registered orders are supplied with a tracking number unless you select airmail which has no tracking option.
Q Do you have a product that's not listed on your website ?
A We can source most products in any quantity, If they is a product you are interested in, contact us for more information. We will only source products not listed on our website if the order is 250g or over.
Q My tracked order has not arrived after 21 days, can I have a refund instead of a reship?
A We are kind enough to offer a free reship which is more than some vendors offer, so a refund is out of the question.
Q If I order now will my order be here tomorrow?
A Probably not, unless you happen to be in the same region as our dispatch facilities.
Q What courier service do you use?
A For all standard orders we use international tracked or regular airmail.
Q I have seen prices cheaper than yours on another website, will you price match?
A Yes that is a possibility, as long as the website is a trusted, reputable research chemical vendor.
Q I am a regular customer can I have a discount?
A We will decide when we offer discounts and normally you will be notified by email so be sure to make a account to take advantage of all discounts and offers. We run many discounts and special offers, at various times.
Q I have had an email saying my order is being shipped from 2 locations, why is this?
A This is due to there being different laws in the 2 dispatch centres we work from, and some stock can only be held for legal reasons, if an order is split shipped, both will be sent but they may arrive a few days apart on rare occasions.
